At the Institute for Healthy Aging, we encourage all of our patients to be involved in an exercise program. Numerous studies have revealed that strength training as we age is just as important as aerobic exercise to achieve and maintain optimal health. We are happy to refer you to a trainer who is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, or the American College of Sports Medicine. These trainers will ensure optimal results in a safe environment. |
